Seb Contracting provides renovation and contracting services including (but not limited to) painting, drywall, flooring, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, roofing, and concrete work.

Service availability may vary depending on location, scheduling, and project requirements.

All service agreements will be outlined in a written contract prior to commencement of work.
3. Quotes & Estimates

Any estimate provided is based on the information given and may be subject to adjustments after site inspection.

Final pricing will be confirmed in the service contract.

Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified.

4. Payments

Payment terms, schedule, and method will be outlined in the contract.

Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

Failure to make payments may result in suspension of services until payment is received.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Clients may cancel or reschedule services with at least 48 hours’ notice.

Cancellation fees may apply if work or materials have already been prepared or purchased.

Seb Contracting reserves the right to reschedule services due to weather, safety, or other unforeseen circumstances.
6. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.

Any disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of the courts in Ontario.
